AeroSeal Airtight Zipper

The AeroSeal zipper is a specialized sealing system engineered with precision-layered materials, including a reinforced polyester tape core and teeth, medical-grade TPU coating, and a zinc alloy slider. This advanced construction maintains exceptional flexibility and operational smoothness while achieving absolute hermetic isolation against liquids, gases, and fine particulates (≤1µm) for critical protection scenarios. Standard versions guarantee IPX7 waterproofing, while our Dual-Track configurations deliver superior IPX8 performance.

Features of Airtight Zipper
  • Air Tightness
  • Superior Strength
  • Exceptional Durability
  • Extreme Temperature
  • Corrosion Resistance
Achieves a hermetic seal, maintaining leak-free integrity at 40kPa for at least 15 seconds. Waterproof rating is IPX7 (SGS certified), with IPX8 available for Dual-Track models. Exceeds medical isolation chamber standards (>30kPa)
Exhibits a transverse tensile strength of 1205N, well above the 900N compliance threshold. Surpasses military-grade thresholds (>900N)
Proven to withstand 2000 reciprocating cycles under load, double the requirement of our standard tests. Engineered for aviation/military gear with frequent access needs

Maintains full operational functionality after 24-hour exposure at -30°C and after a 10-minute immersion in 100°C boiling water.
Successfully passes a 48-hour salt spray corrosion test.
